Return Policy
All returns will be handled through each of the brands we carry. Here are their return policies.
Freshpark
If you are not satisfied with your Freshpark purchase you may return the goods free of charge within 15 days of the original purchase date.
- Product must be returned unused in it’s original packaging.
- You will be credited for the purchase less outbound freight.
- Customers returning product not in the original condition may be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 25% of the total amount of the original purchase price.
Return Claim Procedure
To return a purchase please follow the steps below:
Call 1877-51-Ramps or email Sales@Freshpark.com to open your return claim.
- Pack product in suitable packaging to ensure it is not damaged in shipping.
- Ship the package using a traceable source (i.e. UPS, Federal Express). Freshpark is not responsible for products lost or damaged in shipping. We will contact you when we have received your goods to let you know the status of the return claim.
Landwave
Each return is reviewed on a case by case basis. If a physical return is required, that will be furnished by Landwave.

Mojo Rails
Every item we sell is inspected before it is shipped. If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within 5 days of your receipt of the goods, we will arrange, if deemed necessary by Mojo Rails, to collect them (the whole order) and give a full refund. Or we will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 5 days of the customers receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing.
